Acuity Benchmarking provides landlords with comparative reports so that exec teams, Boards, residents and other stakeholders can see how their performance, costs and resident satisfaction compare against similar organisations.
Members use the Acuity website to record details of their own performance and produce comparative reports. The website has a library of performance indicators, standards and clear definitions, to ensure everyone uses calculates their metrics the same way.
We encourage members to work together in benchmarking clubs, where members discuss performance and share good practice.
Members have access to the HouseMark good-practice website and forums. This includes a wealth of useful resources and information, and puts them in contact with practitioners from over 900 social housing providers.
The annual subscriptions is currently £595 plus VAT.
