The Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) decision statement in September 2022 confirmed the suite of new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) that will go live in next year.  All registered providers must collect this data for the year 2023-24 and use it provide information to support scrutiny by tenants.

Acuity was involved in the consultation process with the RSH and thus have been close to the evolution of the new metrics.

All of our clients have now introduced all of the new TSMs into their surveys or changed any similar question to the equivalent new TSM question.
