This 1.5-hour workshop takes a whirlwind tour of the new TSMs to help ensure the quality and credibility of your data.
Acuity will be collecting TSM data to enable you to compare and report your results as per RSH requirements. We’ll also explain how the TSMs fit with your existing metrics, notably satisfaction.
This session will be useful to those staff tasked with submitting the above data.
