Acuity provide quarterly and annual performance reports for SPBM members.

Members can also use the SPBM system to create their own reports and compare their performance against smaller housing providers nationally or any subset they choose, based on size, region and a range of other profile data.

Members often  use SPBM to produce reports for their Boards, residents and other stakeholders.

SPBM performance data is interfaced to the HouseMark PI Tracking system and this enables our members to compare their performance against performance data from over 900 social housing providers.
