Workshop summary

This half-day workshop brings together members of your client and contractor service delivery teams to share experiences and ideas on how to improve customer care and the working partnership, explore some of the skills required to bring about those improvements, and to identify priorities for action.

Objectives

By the end of the programme each participant will have had the opportunity to:

  • Share ideas on how to improve customer care and the working partnership with colleagues and partners
  • Practice some of the skills involved in good customer care
  • Contribute to the identification of priorities for improving customer care and the working partnership.
