Aims
This half-day course aims to provide an understanding of health and safety (H&S) requirements in the workplace.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course participants will have:
- Gained an overview of the legal aspects of H&S
- Discussed risks and hazards in the workplace and how to manage these
- Outlined how to deal with personal safety, workstation assessments, safe lifting and accident reporting
