The survey offers you an opportunity to provide feedback on your experience of working for Lench’s Trust. Your feedback will help the Trust to identify:
- How well it is doing in fulfilling its ambition to provide staff with the best possible working environment
- What changes need to be made to improve working practices and your work environment
Lench’s Trust has asked us to carry out the survey to ensure that all individual responses are entirely confidential and that no-one at Lench’s Trust will see your individual response.
