We are carrying out this survey to update and improve the information that we hold for all tenants. The information requested will help us to deliver our services in a way that best suits you and meets your needs. The survey also includes some questions on our housing services, how satisfied you are with the service you get from us, and where you think we could improve.
We have asked Acuity, an independent social housing market research company, to carry out this survey for us. What you tell Acuity will be strictly confidential.
Five questionnaires will be drawn at random by Acuity from those returned. The winners will receive a first prize of £250 second and third prizes of £100 and fourth and fifth prizes of £50. Should you be randomly selected as a prize draw winner, Acuity will release your name and address to us so we can contact you about your prize. All other information provided by you in the questionnaire will remain confidential.
