We are carrying out a Tenant Satisfaction Measure survey for North Kesteven District Council.
Whilst North Kesteven District Council are required to carry out this survey by the Regulator for Social Housing, they are genuinely keen to hear your views, so they know what matters to you and where they need to focus our improvements. The results of this survey are also used to calculate the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which shows how satisfied tenants are with their homes and the services they receive. All social landlords are required to publish the results.
