Luton Community Housing (LCH) has asked us to carry out an independent survey to find out if you are happy with your home and the services they provide.
Your views are really important to LCH and this survey will help them to understand what you think about your home, the services LCH provide and what you would like them to do in the future.
As an added incentive everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw. We will select three winners at random who will each receive £50 shopping vouchers.
The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. If you need to stop to do something else while you are completing the survey, make sure you click the ‘Save’ button to avoid having to start again.
