We have been asked to carry out an independent survey on behalf of the following organisations:

The purpose of the survey is to provide these landlords with insight into how satisfied residents are with their homes and the services they receive.
Harrogate Families and the others are keen to improve services and to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for residents.
All residents who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select four responses as random for a four prizes of £75.
