We are carrying out a STAR survey for CHISEL.
CHISEL is keen to improve services and to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for tenants.
Every tenant who fully completes the survey will receive a £10 High Street voucher (one per tenancy).
The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. If you need to stop to do something else while you are completing the survey, make sure you click the ‘Save’ button to avoid having to start again.
