Crosby Housing Association Resident Satisfaction Survey

We are carrying out a TSM survey for Crosby Housing Association.

The purpose of  the survey is to provide Crosby with insight into how satisfied residents are with their homes and the services they receive.

Crosby is keen to improve services and to understand what are  the most important issues and priorities for residents.

All residents who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select three responses at random for a prize of £50 each.

The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. If you need to stop to do something else while you are completing the survey, make sure you click the ‘Save’ button to avoid having to start again.
