Listening and improving – CDS client survey

cds_logoThe Co-operative Development Society (CDS) has asked Acuity to carry out an independent stakeholder survey to to seek clients’ views and find out whether changes made over the past year have made a difference to customer satisfaction and whether it is concentrating its efforts on the services that are most important to you.

CDS wants and needs to hear your honest and open feedback. It can only improve its service by understanding your needs and this is why we are offering the opportunity to express your views as openly as possible. The survey should be completed by the Chair of the Co-op or committee member who has the most dealings with CDS. If you wish to remain anonymous please just leave the ‘name’ field blank when you complete the questionnaire.

The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. If you need to stop to do something else while you are completing the survey, make sure you click the ‘Save’ button to avoid having to start again.
