We are carrying out a Tenant Satisfaction Measure survey for Crawley Borough Council.
Crawley Borough Council has asked Acuity to carry out an independent survey of residents to help them to improve services. We would like to hear your views on the service provided by the Housing & Property Service at the Council. We are required to carry out this survey by the Regulator for Social Housing. The results of this survey will be used to calculate the Tenant Satisfaction Measures which all social landlords are required to publish.
Your response will help the Crawley Borough Council to improve services and to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for you, so please take a few minutes to give us your views.
