We Have a New Look: The Meaning Behind Our Refreshed Brand Identity

If you’re reading this, you will have likely noticed that we’ve had a makeover!

Our refreshed brand and website, which was officially unveiled earlier in the year, reflects our growth over the past ten years and sets us up for a fantastic future.

Denise Raine, Director at Acuity said: “We’re so excited to launch our new look, especially in our tenth year as ‘Acuity’ and in honour of providing such valuable and accurate insight to our clients.

“We’ve always been known for providing intelligence and insight that our housing provider customers can use to garner improvements in their delivery and services, but our brand has struggled to keep pace with how we have developed over the years. The new look is bright, modern and forward-thinking, something that better reflects the work our fantastic team does.”

The new brand identity has already been visible across client reports, briefings and newsletters, while the new-look website will provide a central resource hub for information and insights.

Aligning with our values – respect, integrity, teamwork, innovation and value – our new tagline of ‘intelligence. insight. improvement.’ showcases what is at the heart of everything we do at Acuity.

These keywords are visualised in our new brandmark, which incorporates three i’s and a full stop symbol within a triangular shape. These ‘i’ shapes also represent people, who are central to our work and mission.
