Reporting and Dashboards

Survey findings are presented through innovative reports and dashboards

Providing clients with actionable insight, as well as the ability to directly access their results.

Our interactive dashboards are tailored to meet the needs of each client and give real-time access to survey data, at any time of day. Users can easily monitor participation rates, track trends over time, uncover lower-performing service areas, manage survey alerts, and more.

Written reports offer further insight and analysis in a professional, digestible and easy-to-read manner. While the content and format of each report are unique to individual projects, the overarching aim is to present intelligence that will inform service improvements.

As an additional (complimentary) resource, we distribute quarterly Client briefings to our customers, including regular updates on the TSM results, as well as our research findings.

Resident Friendly Reports

Short visually appealing reports that effectively convey the survey results to residents and thank them for taking part. Every report is entirely customisable to incorporate each client’s branding, colours and images.

Our Experience

25 years analysing resident surveys for insights and benchmarks.

With over 25 years of experience in analysing resident surveys, we have a unique insight into and understanding of satisfaction patterns, trends and drivers. During this time, we have continually welcomed feedback and taken every opportunity to learn what our clients value, and most importantly, what has helped them to improve.

We utilise our base of 150 benchmarking members and bank of historic data from over 750,000 residents to incorporate high-quality, reliable and specific benchmarking intelligence into our reports. We recognise this adds invaluable context to the numbers, as housing providers seek to determine where service improvements should be focused.

Our Approach

Our focus is on providing business intelligence that will direct performance improvement, contract management and cost savings. We understand the importance of this data in channeling limited resources towards the activities that matter most, whilst maintaining a balance to prevent cost-reduction strategies from adversely impacting service delivery.

We work flexibly to deliver reporting outputs in a variety of formats suitable for a wide range of audiences, from high-level executive summaries and detailed reports to presentations and infographics. Our reports translate numbers into knowledge through expert data insight and are tailored at the start of every project to meet the needs of each survey and client.

We strive to ensure it is as simple as possible for clients to act upon residents’ concerns and track any resulting actions. Through our innovative dashboards, users can add actions to comments captured in their surveys and alerts can be viewed, categorised and updated. This promotes accountability and facilitates the conversion of resident feedback into meaningful, positive changes.
