This 1 hour workshop, run on 29 March 2021, takes you through the four Acuity/HouseMark cost per unit definitions to help ensure the quality and credibility of your data. These metrics were designed to help you drill down beyond the RSH’s headline social housing cost metric and compare against the bigger associations in HouseMark’s database.
