The idea behind this is to engage with our colleagues and clients, to post and discuss things that are of interest, whether it be ideas about what is happening in the sector, an interesting article we have come across, or a conversation we have had.

There are so many ways in which this blogging software can be used, it is hard to predict exactly how it will turn out. It has the potential to act as a resource sharing hub for organisations to exchange policies and procedures with each other, something that happens more informally already  at the benchmarking clubs. Bloggers can publish their own ideas and seek input from others.
