Leicestershire Rural Housing Association (LRHA) asked Acuity to carry out an independent survey with their residents. They want to understand what the most important issues are for you, to help them improve services. Please take a few minutes to give us your views.

About the survey
The survey will be used to calculate the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). They are a set of measures created by the Regulator of Social Housing to look at how social housing providers in England are performing. LRHA will publish their results on their website.
What you tell us will be strictly confidential. We will report the findings to LRHA without identifying any individual residents, unless you give us permission to do so, and we will not share your personal details with any other organisation.
