In order to help provide an effective housing management service Lewes & Eastbourne Councils are launching a survey to update the information about you and the other people that live in your home. Having this information to hand will allow us to better understand the needs of our customers, enable us to tailor our services to suit your needs, and help us to support any reasonable adjustments you may require us to apply to make our services inclusive and accessible.
We have asked Acuity to act on our behalf and carry out this survey to collect information about the people that live in your household. All the information provided is confidential and will be held securely on our housing system. Whilst we welcome your responses, please use the prefer not to say option if you do not wish to answer certain questions.
The information collected is in line with our data collection and privacy policy, which can be found on the Council’s website – Privacy Notice (https://www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk/article/1342/Privacy-notice).
All those returning their questionnaires will be entered into a prize draw (one entry per tenancy), with lucky winners receiving vouchers to the value of £25. Five entries will be drawn from Eastbourne and five drawn from Lewes District. Details of the winners will be published in our Open Voice tenants’ newsletter once the deadline for submitting the surveys has passed
