It’s important to us that every one of our care home residents has a home where they love living in later life – and that their family and friends feel we’re providing the best care and support we can.
This survey – together with one which we’re asking our residents to complete – will enable us to focus on the things which matter to you and your loved one and help us to continually improve and innovate.
The survey is being organised on our behalf by Acuity, an independent research company, and will be completely confidential. At no time will any of your feedback be linked with your name unless you give us your permission.
Once we have received all the results, a report will be provided to the home manager. They will then share the results with you and discuss how they’re acting on feedback.
