GCHA Resident Satisfaction Survey

In line with regulatory requirements, Housing Associations including GCHA carries out two yearly tenant satisfaction surveys using a set of tenant satisfaction measures as directed by the regulator of Social Housing.  The last survey was completed in 2023/24.

GCHA have partnered with Acuity Benchmarking Group again to carry out its next tenant satisfaction survey (independent of GCHA) to help celebrate areas where we are doing well and identify areas for improvement. 

We believe these are important as we actually care and want to understand what is important to you.  We value your feedback and ask that you please take a few minutes to complete the survey.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select three responses at random for a first prize of £100 and two runners up prizes of £50 shopping vouchers each.

What you tell us will be strictly confidential. We will report the findings to GCHA without identifying any individual residents unless you give us permission to do so. We will not share your personal details with any other organisation.
