Agamemnon has asked Acuity to carry out an independent survey of tenants to help them improve services.
We want to understand what the most important issues and priorities for you are, so please take a few minutes to give us your views. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and will be used to calculate annual tenant satisfaction measures to be published by Agamemnon and reported back to the Regulator of Social Housing.

All of the information that you give will be kept strictly confidential. The information you provide in the survey will be given to Agamemnon anonymously unless you give permission otherwise at the end of the survey. It will only be used by Agamemnon to assess its performance and compare it with that of other social housing providers. The completion of this survey is not a way of making a complaint. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by Agamemnon, they do have a complaints process you can access by filling out their complaints form on their website, by emailing enquires@agamemnon.org.uk or by calling 02392 387 086.
