We are carrying out a STAR survey for Waltham Forest Housing Association (WFHA).
The purpose of the survey is to provide WFHA with insight into how satisfied residents are with their homes and the services they receive.
WFHA is keen to improve services and to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for residents. All residents who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select four responses at random for prizes of £50 each of shopping vouchers.
The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. If you need to stop to do something else while you are completing the survey, make sure you click the ‘Save’ button to avoid having to start again.
