This two-day highly interactive group workshop facilitated by the much in demand Steve Creffield is specifically designed to enable you to release the creative potential of others. 

With a focus on empowerment and engagement this workshop puts a highly practical coaching tool-box in to your hands. This coaching tool-box helps you know when to take a coaching approach to any given performance issue and also gives you the confidence to know when not to coach.

Aims & objectives
