We are carrying out a Tenant Satisfaction Measure survey for Housing Pathways Trust.
Your response will help the Housing Pathways Trust to improve services and to understand what are the most important issues and priorities for you, so please take a few minutes to give us your views.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw. We will select three responses at random for a first prize of £150 and two runners up prizes one of £100 and one of £50 shopping vouchers.
The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. If you need to stop to do something else while you are completing the survey, make sure you click the ‘Save’ button to avoid having to start again.
