Acuity work in partnership with HouseMark to deliver SPBM, the benchmarking service for smaller housing providers.

National Housing Federation

The National Housing Federation is the voice of affordable housing in England and believes that everyone should have the home they need at a price they can afford. The trade body represents the work of housing associations and campaigns for better housing. Its members provide two and a half million homes for more than five million people and each year they invest in a diverse range of neighbourhood projects that help create strong, vibrant communities. The Federation campaigns at a local and national level to ensure housing associations can continue to deliver affordable housing and leads the housing and neighbourhoods policy agenda on key issues such as sustainability, care and support, equality and homelessness.

Acuity is a National Housing Federation Subscriber and we have close links to the Federation at the National and Regional levels.
