We are strongly committed to the principles of service user involvement, having seen the benefits that this brings both to service users themselves and the organisations which make the effort to engage with them.

We work to develop staff and residents so that housing associations can benefit from increased resident participation, better service levels and the effective prioritisation of resources.

Acuity has worked at the strategic level with national and local organisations helping them develop an approach to involvement and consultation.

We have also worked extensively with service users to support their involvement and participation; working with the tenants of Housing Associations and  Local Authorities.
